A.75.5.1 Parametric Map Functional Groups Description
For the Derivation Image Functional Group Macro, the Baseline CID for:
•Purpose of Reference Sequence (0040,A170) is CID 7222 “Parametric Map Derivation Image Purpose of Reference”.
•Derivation Code Sequence (0008,9215) is CID 7203 “Image Derivation”.
For the Real World Value Mapping Functional Group Macro, which defines the type of quantity, the method of generation and the units for the pixel values, the Baseline CID for:
•Concept Name Code Sequence of Quantity Definition Sequence (0040,9220) is CID 9000 “Physical Quantity Descriptors”.
•Concept Code Sequence for Concept Name of (246205007, SCT, "Quantity") of Quantity Definition Sequence (0040,9220) is CID 7180 “Abstract Multi-dimensional Image Model Component Semantics”.
•Measurement Units Code Sequence (0040,08EA) is CID 7181 “Abstract Multi-dimensional Image Model Component Units”.
TheUnassignedSharedandPer-FrameConvertedAttributesMacrosareincludedtoallowacquisition-specificAttributestobeconveyed when they are relevant to the use-case. E.g., the echo time, flip angle or diffusion b-value might be useful to interpret a parametric map from an MR acquisition. A.76 Wide Field Ophthalmic Photography Stereographic Projection Image IOD
This Section defines an Information Object to be used with several types of ophthalmic photographic imaging devices that generate wide field OP images, including fundus cameras, slit lamp cameras, scanning laser ophthalmoscopes, stereoscopic cameras, video equipment and digital photographic equipment. It uses the stereographic projection method to represent on-face images of the 3D human retina in 2D on which geometric measurements can be made when the correct mathematical formulae are used.
