Development of future teacher's creativity in the process of pedagogical practice
Abstract. In the article the importance of developing the future teacher's creativity as a professional-personal quality determining the competitiveness of the future teacher, his readiness to master innovations, to accept changes in the education system and society is actualized. Scientific interest in the study of creativity causes the emergence of various approaches to the consideration of this concept, which led the author to determine the creativity of a future teacher as a professionalpersonal quality, reflecting the research character of the attitude toward pedagogical activity, expressed in motivation to learn new in the profession and improve the studied, accumulated experience perception and generation of new ideas in educational practice. The reasons for interest in this concept lie in the changing social requirements for the teacher's personality dictated by society in the modern world, the constant transformations of the educational system, changes in the content of education. Such important qualities of a professionally mature creative personality of a teacher as high creative potential, creative orientation, individuality, creative activity set the direction in the development of the creative personality of a future teacher in the conditions of the university. Among the conditions for the development of the future teacher's creativity is a high level of professional self-awareness, purposeful interaction of subjects of the educational space with the purpose of sharing experience in creative activity, motivation for professional and creative development. The indicated conditions are realized in the process of the pedagogical practice of the future teacher, where both accumulation of the experience of professional conduct and activity take place and their activation, which allows the student to determine the areas of realization of his own creativity in future professional activity.
