Results of Survey. A structural-functional model of developing professional experience in crisis situations developed by graduate students of a military college has been shown. The model is based on its constituent elements, which, being equivalent, in a complex predetermine an increase in the effectiveness of the officer training system itself.

Conclusions. The importance of the model in the educational process of a military higher educational institution is emphasized and the possibility of its application in the systems of higher military professional education of the CSTO member states is defined. Prospects for the development of the topic in pedagogical theory and practice are outlined.
