применение сочетанной анестезии (с ГЭА) при КШ снижает риск развития осложнений раннего послеоперационного периода как у пациентов с СД 2-го типа или ХОБЛ, так и у больных без этой патологии;

- достоверного снижения уровня летальности и длительности госпитализации при использовании сочетанной анестезии во время выполнения КШ не выявлено.
