Рассмотрены особенности тактики проведения допроса лиц, подозреваемых в совершении побега из исправительного учреждения. Обосновывается необходимость использования в ходе расследования программы допросов подозреваемых в совершении побегов из исправительных учреждений, разработанной с учетом факторов, детерминирующих расследование побегов, перечня обстоятельств, подлежащих установлению по делам о побегах, личности допрашиваемых и складывающихся следственных ситуаций.

The relevance of the topic of this article is due primarily to the fact that the study of the theoretical and applied aspects of the investigation escapes from correctional facility, now is a relevant and important direction for penal science and practice, and identified the reform of the penal system of Russia.

The purpose of writing this work was the need for a comprehensive study of theoretical provisions of criminal science and practice of investigation of criminal cases of escapes from correctional facilities, to develop practical recommendations to law enforcement for the production of interrogations of suspects, given the specificity of the crimes. It is established that the works devoted to investigation of escapes from correctional facilities, in most cases, contain information about the tactics of interrogation of suspects General (universal) character, without taking into account the specifics of production of the interrogation of convicts.

The article examines the features of tactics of interrogation of persons suspected of escape from a penal institution. Justified the necessity of use in the investigation of the interrogation program of suspected escapes from correctional facilities designed with consideration of factors determining the investigation escapes, the list of circumstances subject to establishment in cases of escapes, the person being questioned and folding investigative situations.
