Заключение
В продолжение обозначенных вопросов главной темы номера, посвященной эволюции правовой политики и правовой культуры, а также факторам современной действительности территориального и научно-технологического характера, влияющим на развитие и модернизацию национальных юрисдикций, сформирована и соответствующая рубрика очередного номера журнала. В подготовленном издании известными и молодыми учеными освещены: вопросы трансформации правовой политики в условиях цифровизации правовой реальности; концептуальный анализ правовых принципов научно-технологической интеграции государств - членов ЕАЭС; проблема правовой неопределенности в процессе цифровой платформизации в условиях Индустрии 4.0; сравнительно-правовые аспекты расторжения гражданско-правового договора в связи с существенным изменением обстоятельств на примере постсоветских государств; вопросы правового регулирования патентных отношений и интеллектуальной собственности в сфере применения технологий искусственного интеллекта; грани взаимодействия немецкой истории понятий и истории политических и правовых учений; двуединство электорально-правовой культуры и политической коммуникации на выборах прусского ландтага в историческом аспекте.
Редакционная коллегия журнала выражает надежду на то, что подготовленный номер вызовет живой интерес и искреннюю заинтересованность читательской аудитории.
