Карточка DACA выдавалась сроком на два года, по истечении которого ее необходимо было продлевать.
5 сентября 2017 г. администрация Д. Трампа объявила о расторжении программы DACA с шестимесячным сокращением.
Служба гражданства и иммиграции США (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services - USCIS) на 30 сентября 2017 г. утвердила 88% заявок, 8% были отклонены, а оставшаяся часть ожидала рассмотрения [3]
Анализируя характеристику иммиграционных процессов США, мы можем определить основные проблемные маркеры: юридический статус иммигрантов и намерение быть гражданином страны, расширенный этнический спектр прибывающих, дисперсное проживание, уровень образования и владения английским языком, трудоустройство и др. Таким образом, учащиеся из среды иммигрантов, привнося с собой различные жизненные переживания и убеждения, культурную коммуникацию, образцы поведения, образовательный уровень, определяют постоянную необходимость решения проблем и совершенствования образовательных практик.
