Предложен способ анализа биоимпеданса при регистрации ЭКГ с использованием дополнительного канала измерения биоимпеданса расчета параметров специального восстанавливающего фильтра. Прототип портативного электрокардиографа с возможностью измерения биоимпеданса был реализован на основе микроконтроллеров ЛБЕ ЛБ 81298Я и ККЕ 52832 и соответствующего мобильного программного обеспечения. Результаты вычислительного эксперимента показывают применимость предложенного способа снижения влияния биоимпеданса на форму ЭКС.
