2. Анализ определения афлатоксинов в пищевом сырье и продуктах питания, кормах для животных (ELISA) проводится с помощью тонкослойной хроматографии и иммуноферментным методом в лабораториях национальной лаборатории пищевой безопасности и столичной центральной лаборатории, в остальных лабораториях -- только на уровне обнаружения афлатоксина.
3. Необходимо дальнейшее совершенствование кадрового потенциала лабораторных специалистов и повышение их квалификации.
Рекомендации
1. Создание системы контроля афлатоксина на всех стадиях производства пищевых продуктов и кормов для животных в Монголии.
2. Улучшение лабораторного потенциала и повышение квалификации лабораторных специалистов.
3. Продолжить научно-исследовательскую работу по исследованию загрязнения пищевых продуктов афлатоксином.
