RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BKZ-220-110 STEAM GENERATOR OF ZHEZKAZ-GANSK CHPP OF “KAZAKHMYS ENERGY” LLP

Abstract. The article discusses the possibility of reconstructing BKZ-220-110 steam generator of the Zhezkazgan CHPP, where serious problems arose in ensuring the temperature regime of the third and fourth stages of the superheater after dismantling the screen superheater, as well as part of the first stage of the convective superheater. To solve the problems, reconstruction is proposed aimed at increasing steam production up to 240 t/h with Borlin coal as fuel raising the reliability of the boiler and reducing NOx emissions to less than 470 mg/nm3 where б = 1.4.
