Выводы
Таким образом, очевиден разрыв между положением рабочего класса в политической системе и осознанием молодыми рабочими своей политической субъектности. С одной стороны, действующая власть неоднократно демонстрировала ориентацию на рабочий класс как целевую группу, мнение которой необходимо учитывать при принятии политических и управленческих решений, что говорит о символическом возвращении рабочего класса в публичное поле политики после долгого перерыва. С другой стороны, в структуре политических ориентаций молодежи нового рабочего класса превалируют пассивность, аполитичность и отчужденность, ощущение неспособности влиять на политические процессы, что свидетельствует о слабой политической субъектности на индивидуальном уровне. Данные тенденции проявляются во всех группах и различия по полу, возрасту, месту проживания и сфере занятости весьма незначительны. Видимо, обозначенные тенденции -- одна из причин того, что заметной активизации рабочего класса как реальной политической силы в стране пока не наблюдается.
