Речь, разумеется, идет не об отказе от единой медицинской номенклатуры, но о том, чтобы уравнять две тенденции -- к универсализму и к релятивизму, чтобы в равной степени учитывать общее и особенное в описываемых состояниях, а в том случае, когда не стоит задача диагностики и лечения, вообще, может быть, обходиться без медицинских ярлыков и кросс- культурных параллелей, рассматривая локальное явление в контексте локальных представлений и практик.
