Philosophy of Morality in the Formation of Spiritual World of the Personality
The article examines the important role of the philosophy of morality in shaping the spiritual world of the individual. From ancient times to the present day philosophical thought turns to the problem of man, the education of moral qualities (virtues). The best thinkers tried to answer a question which contains a great humanistic tainkstvo: what should be to be a person? In various life situations, the spiritual and moral essence of man manifests itself. He makes a free choice between good and evil, truth and lies, selfless and beneficial. It is sometimes necessary to overcome motivational passions in order to make a decision according to rational morality. In our disturbing age, addressing the best traditions of morality philosophy is particularly relevant. Not only does its study involve students in the best achievements of world culture, but it teaches students to think logically, to state their thoughts logically, to do good deeds. Improvement of education requires strengthening of humanitarian orientation, development of creative potential of the individual.
