Военно-морская политика Германии при рейхсканцлерах Б. Бюлове и Т.Бетман-Гольвеге: общее и особенное. В статье дается краткая сравнительная характеристика военно-морской политики рейхсканцлеров Б. Бюлова и Т. Бетман-Гольвега с целью выявления в ней общих и особенных черт.
Именно при этих двух главах немецкого правительства воплощалась в жизнь разработанная А. Тирпицем стратегия активного флотского строительства, стимулировавшая обострение германо-английских противоречий в первом десятилетии XX в. Давление «британского фактора» обусловило специфику их военно-морской политики, не сумевшей, тем не менее, отойти от первоначального стратегического направления, заданного вторым флотским законом.

The Naval Policy of Germany headed by the Reich chancellors B. Bьlow and Th. von Bethmann-Hollweg: the common things and peculiarities. Stanislav N. The article contains a brief comparative characteristic of naval policy of the Reich chancellors B. von Bьlow and Th. von Bethmann-Hollweg that is aimed to find out their common and peculiar features. It was these very two heads of the German government who realized the strategy of active fleet building developed by A.von Tirpitz - the strategy which stimulated the aggravation of confrontations between Germany and England in the first decade of the 20th century. The pressure of «British factor» caused the specificity of naval politics, that couldn't change the first strategic direction, set by the second naval law.
