Results of surgical treatment of patients with extra esophageal manifestations of GERB are presented in article. Research objective: to estimate the remote results of surgical treatment at patients with GERB and BA. Materials and methods: 217 patients are examined. The group of patients from 11 (16,3%) the person with a combination of GERB and BA is allocated. To all patients laparoscopic anti-reflux operation is executed. The effectiveness was estimated on change of a clinical picture. Results: in the postoperative period decrease of quantity of day and night attacks, improvement of the functional indexes of respiration and level of control over this disease is observed. Conclusion: surgical treatment has positive effect on the current OH.
