Parliament of Azerbaijani Democratic Republic and fractions created by political parties in the first parliament of Azerbaijan
The article considers the creation of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic as a legitimate continuation of the traditions of statehood, which began in the most ancient history of the Azerbaijani people, as 'well as the creation of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic in the form of a parliamentary republic as the main result of the third stage of the national liberation movement.
At the same time, the article highlights events and factions of political parties held by the Parliament of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic.

Розглядається створення Азербайджанської Демократичної Республіки як законне продовження традицій державності, яке почалося в найдавнішій історії азербайджанського народу, а також створення Азербайджанської Демократичної Республіки в формі парламентської республіки в якості основного результату третього етапу національно-визвольного руху.
У той же час в статті висвітлюються проведені Парламентом Азербайджанської Демократичної Республіки заходи і фракції політичних партій.
