Оценка эффективности деятельности исполнительной власти субъектов РФ на основе методики индекса развития человеческого потенциала (на примере Дальневосточного федерального округа РФ 2011-2014 гг.). В данной статье будет дана оценка эффективности деятельности исполнительной власти субъектов Российской Федерации на основе метода ИРЧП. Достижение цели будет основано на абстрактном методе, то есть, выделение главного, а также методе синтеза - анализа. На современном этапе развития Федеральной власти и населению требуются методы оценки эффективности деятельности исполнительной власти регионов, основанные на транспарентных мировых показателях на основе, которых можно сравнивать не только регионы РФ, но и регионы РФ с другими странами. Проведенный анализ позволит фактически оценить эффективность деятельности региональных управленцев на основе их реального вклада в текущее развитие региона.

Abstract

Russian federation subjects executive power activity assessment on the basis of human development index (on the example of the far east federal district of the russian federation 2011-2014). Anton V. In this article the assessment of efficiency of activity of executive power of subjects of the Russian Federation will be given on the basis of the Human Development Index.

Achievement of the purpose will be based on an abstract method, that is, allocation of the main thing, and also a synthesis method - the analysis. At the present stage of development, the Federal authority and population need the methods of an assessment of efficiency of executive regional power activity based on transparent world indicators on a basis of which it is possible to compare not only the regions of the Russian Federation, but also make a comparison of the regions of the Russian Federation with other countries. The carried-out analysis will allow estimating actually efficiency of activity of regional managers on the basis of their real contribution to the current development of the region.
