Abstract
Developing educational and professional motivation of university students on junior courses of pedagogical bachelor studies by means of business game

In the paper, a brief review of the problematic aspects in the organization of the conditions for teaching university students on junior courses is carried out. The importance of taking into account these conditions, which contribute to the formation of educational and professional motivation among university students in junior years in the context of the implementation of the new educational model ”2+2+2”, is noted. Special attention is paid to the need of applying the method of contextual learning in the educational process at a modern university. A tool is proposed in the form of business games to improve the effectiveness of the organization of the process of formation of educational and professional motivation among university students on the junior courses of pedagogical bachelor's study with the training profile "Primary education”. The results and interpretations of the ascertaining stage of the study are presented.
